Instructor (Pedagogy) (Variable Time)
Department of Kinesiology
College of Education and Human Services
Description of Positions: Various teaching positions (variable percent of
time) may be available in the Department of Kinesiology in Pedagogy.
Requirements of Applicants:
Responsibilities of the Positions: To teach a combination of
undergraduate courses such as Concepts of Physical Fitness, Introduction to
Athletic Training, Therapeutic Modalities, and Medical Aspects in the
Fall 2008 semester.
To teach a combination undergraduate courses such as Concepts of Physical
Fitness,
Clinical Application in Athletic Training, Essentials in Athletic Training,
Rehabilitation
of Athletic Injuries, Essentials in Athletic Training, Biomechanics of Human
Movement,
Diversity in American Sport, and a graduate course in Gender and Sport in the
Spring
2009 semester.
Appointment and Salary: These positions are term appointments. Salary is
commensurate with experience and background.
Effective Date of Employment: August 16, 2008, for fall semester; January
1, 2009, for spring semester.
